In 1971, Blake sold to Vickery Stone Co. for $57,000, although Betty Kane lived in the home as late as 1975, at the time of her death. John Perotti, an occupational therapist, rented out space around 1980, as did the American Cancer Society in 1985. It's currently occupied bby Vickery, as well as Giaramita Law Offices.
